West Gippsland Arts Centre has been servicing the Gippsland community since July 1982.

The Centre enjoys pride of place in the beautifully landscaped Civic Precinct and is the region's major performing arts, cultural and community centre catering to a wide variety of events, meetings, conferences and festivals.

West Gippsland Arts Centre is Open 9:00am - 5:00pm weekdays
The Box Office is also open 9:00am - 5:00pm weekdays and also 1 hour prior to shows for ticket collection.
We are also open during special events and open days.

Brief History:

The Centre was a project funded jointly by the then Shire of Warragul and the Victorian State Government. It started its life in the early 1970's as a vision shared by a small group of locals who, through relentless determination, brought the many players to the table to eventually see funding made available for their great vision - West Gippsland′s own Performing Arts Centre.

Our Mission:

The West Gippsland Arts Centre will be the Venue of Choice in Gippsland.

Our Aim:

To be the pride of the Baw Baw Community.
