Conference and Meeting Packages

At West Gippsland Arts Centre we offer personalised service and can provide bespoke packages to accommodate your requirements.

All packages are available Monday – Friday
from 8:30am – 5:00pm and weekends.

All Conference and Meeting Packages include:
• Room hire and set up
• Mints and water on tables
• Data projector, screen, whiteboard and flipchart
• Pre event and on the day coordinator assistance
• Audio visual assistance on the day
• Access to Wi-Fi for all guests

We work closely with a number of caterers, to provide our clients and guests with exceptional service while holding conferences, meetings or functions at West Gippsland Arts Centre.
